About the role

As an Account Manager in our team, you’ll be integral to the delivery of creative excellence for our clients - this includes global market leaders to start-ups, across a wide range of industries including FMCG, hospitality, wellness and technology.

We are looking for a pro-active and driven account handler with previous experience gained in a creative agency environment, preferably involved in creative projects from concept to execution. This is a great opportunity for those with a real passion and eye for design, looking to expand their skills and experiences across a wide range of disciplines whilst working on incredible projects for a range of global clients.

Reporting to the Client Services Director, the Account Manager role partners with our Associate Directors to work autonomously in leading the day-to-day relationships on our key accounts.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Responsibility for leading the client relationship on designated projects and account workstreams to build strong relationships with our clients and ensure work exceeds their expectations

  • Delivery of multi-faceted projects alongside project teams of creatives, designers and strategists. This will include working on concurrent workstreams, and ensuring these stay on time, on budget and in line with our principles of creative excellence

  • Commercial responsibility for your workstreams including budgeting, tracking, forecasting and profitability reporting

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience in client services or project management in a creative consultancy or design agency

  • A pro-active mindset, a drive to take on new challenges and a desire to learn are key

  • Diligence and attention to detail for all aspects of your work

  • A true passion and interest in design and creative

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proven ability in crafting proposals

  • A team player, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage up at the right times

  • Commercial acumen and understanding of the financial processes and how these contribute to account success

  • Comfortable working on multiple projects at once alongside a varied creative team

  • The ability to work in our London studio for at least 3 days a week
