Account Manager
About the job
As an Account Manager, you’ll be integral to delivering creative excellence for our clients – from ambitious start-ups to global market leaders, across sectors including FMCG, hospitality, wellness and technology.
We’re looking for a proactive, driven account handler with experience working on projects from concept through to execution within a creative agency environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a genuine passion and eye for design to broaden their skills across multiple disciplines while working on incredible projects for global brands.
You’ll partner closely with our Creative and Associate Directors to independently lead the day-to-day relationships on some of our key accounts.
Please note, this is a maternity cover contract running from January to October 2026, for a minimum of four days a week.
About you
Your primary responsibilities will be:
Leading client relationships across project workstreams – building strong partnerships and ensuring our work consistently exceeds expectations
Delivering multi-faceted projects with our team of creatives, designers and strategists, managing concurrent workstreams to stay on time, on budget, and aligned with our principles of creative excellence
Owning the commercials for your workstreams, including budgeting, tracking, forecasting and profitability reporting
Providing weekly reporting to the Business Director on revenue, pipeline and potential prospects

Required skills and experience:
Previous experience in client services or project management within a creative consultancy or design agency
A proactive mindset, a drive to take on new challenges, and a desire to learn
Diligence and attention to detail for all aspects of your work
A true passion and interest in design and creative
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proven ability in crafting proposals
A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage up when needed
Commercial acumen and understanding of the financial processes and how these contribute to account success
Confidence working across multiple projects simultaneously with a varied creative team
The ability to work from our Amsterdam studio at least three days a week
Knowledge of:
Google Workspace
