About the role

As a Designer in our growing Amsterdam studio, you'll blend strategic ideas with irresistible visual craftsmanship to create living brand identities and digital experiences that cut through and challenge convention.

You'll design identity systems, campaigns and digital interfaces, bringing ideas to life through typography, layout, motion and image generation, to shape work that lives across screens, spaces, products and services.

We’re looking for someone with strong graphic sensitivity and a curiosity for the tools and technologies shaping the future of design.

Who we'd like to find

Since 2004, we’ve grown from only four to over a hundred by finding the right people – people that don’t only slot right in to our studio culture, but bring something incredible to it.

This role calls for someone who brings:

A strong graphic eye – A sensitivity for typography, composition, colour and layout. You care about the details, and understand how to build work that feels balanced, considered and visually distinctive.

Design across platforms – Confident working across digital, print, campaigns, packaging and beyond, understanding how design systems adapt and work across different platforms, interfaces and environments.

Brand thinking – A genuine interest in building brands, with an understanding of how to create, maintain and evolve visual systems, experiences, and worlds, always with the user in mind.

Curiosity for creative tech — A deep interest in how new tools, platforms and technologies can shape design. Whether it’s motion, interaction or coding, you’re keen to experiment and learn.

A collaborative mindset — You enjoy working closely with others, taking feedback on board, and contributing positively to our growing team and studio environment.

Specifically, you’ll be:

  • Supporting the development of creative work across brand identity, graphic and digital design

  • Exploring and developing visual ideas, references and design directions

  • Designing and refining visual systems, layouts, typography and communication assets

  • Contributing to digital experiences, motion and campaign work

  • Building clear, well-crafted presentations to communicate ideas and work in progress

  • Collaborating with strategists, writers and designers across projects

  • Responding to feedback and iterating work with care and attention to detail
