Creative Lead
About the role
As a Creative Lead at forpeople, you’ll play a central role in shaping and delivering the exceptional work that define our clients’ brands and experiences.
Working closely with Associate Directors, Creative Directors and multidisciplinary teams across design, strategy and experience, you’ll guide the day-to-day creative delivery of projects from early exploration through to ambitious creative outcomes. That might mean building a brand world, developing identity systems, prototyping digital experiences, or defining how ideas move and behave.
We’re looking for an experienced designer who is comfortable leading work that spans brand, digital, motion and campaigns while remaining hands-on. Someone who combines strong conceptual thinking with outstanding design craft, enjoys helping others grow and consistently raises the quality of both the work and the designers around them.
What your day might look like:
Leading the creative development of projects across brand, graphic and digital design
Shaping ideas into tangible outcomes – from identity systems to digital products and motion-led experiences
Exploring ideas through sketching, prototyping, AI and emerging creative tools
Collaborating with strategists, writers and designers to translate ideas into creative outcomes
Defining how brands behave across platforms, touchpoints and environments
Presenting work internally and to clients with clarity, confidence and conviction
Helping guide teams to maintain high standards of creative craft and detail
Leading internal and client-facing workshops and creative presentations
Mentoring and supporting junior designers and strategists
Helping teams respond effectively to client feedback and evolving project needs
Supporting new business initiatives and pitch development where needed
