Senior Account Manager
About the role
As a Senior Account Manager in our team, you’ll play a key role in shaping and growing our client partnerships, and will be integral to the delivery of creative excellence for our clients – ranging from global market leaders to start-ups, across a wide range of industries including FMCG, hospitality, wellness and technology.
We’re looking for a proactive and driven account handler with a strong track record in the design industry, who is confident leading creative projects from concept to execution. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for design, looking to apply their skills and experiences across a wide range of disciplines whilst working on incredible projects for a range of global clients.
Reporting to the Client Services Director, you’ll partner with our Associate Directors to lead key accounts – taking ownership of day-to-day client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring our work delivers both creative and commercial success. You’ll also support new business efforts through proposal writing and pitch development.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Leading and developing client relationships across designated accounts, building trusted partnerships and proactively identifying opportunities for growth
Overseeing the delivery of complex, multi-faceted projects alongside teams of creatives, designers and strategists – ensuring workstreams deliver on time, within budget and in line with our principles of creative excellence
Taking commercial ownership of your accounts, including budgeting, tracking, forecasting and profitability reporting
Supporting new business initiatives through proposal writing, pitch preparation, and strategic input

We're looking for someone who has:
Significant experience in client services within a creative consultancy or design agency
A proven ability to build strong client relationships and manage accounts with a high level of autonomy
A pro-active mindset and a drive to take on new challenges
Diligence and attention to detail for all aspects of your work
A true passion and interest in design and creative
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proven ability in crafting proposals and contributing to pitches
Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to manage up, down and across teams
Commercial acumen and a solid understanding of financial processes and how these contribute to account success
Comfortable working on multiple projects and accounts at once alongside a varied creative team
The ability to work in our London studio for at least 3 days a week
