About the job

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Spatial Designer to join our team. In this role you'll play a pivotal role in the creation, design development, and execution of spatial and experiential service solutions across a variety of projects. Collaborating closely with clients, architects, and our multi-disciplinary design team, you'll be instrumental in delivering compelling and cohesive spatial experiences and designs that consistently exceed client expectations.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Past experience gained in a fast-paced creative agency or challenging in-house team

  • An exciting and diverse portfolio of work that includes commercial, retail, and hospitality projects, demonstrating involvement from concept through to delivery

  • Possess a strong proficiency in rendering and visualisation. Mastery in crafting spatial visuals using both 3D & 2D software is fundamental

  • An ability to turn an initial idea into functional and beautiful design solutions, whilst considering construction and manufacture practicalities

  • Solid experience in space planning, layout design, customer journeys, materiality, and architectural detailing

  • Capability to produce top quality of visualisations and design intent drawing packs

  • Proven experience of working directly with architects, contractors, and suppliers to deliver our client's vision

  • Genuine passion for contemporary interior and architectural design, with a desire for experimentation

  • Drive to mentor, guide, and inspire junior members of the design team

  • A collaborative nature and love for working with other creative disciplines

  • Superb sketching ability to communicate ideas visually

  • Solid understanding of 3D and spatial visualisation & technical design software (Sketchup/VRay, Cinema4D, VectorWorks, Layout, AutoCAD)

  • Proficiency in the use of AI tools

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and adapt to evolving deadlines

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with an incredible attention to detail
