About the role

As a Visual Designer in our fast-growing Amsterdam studio, you will be responsible for blending strategic ideas with irresistible visual craftsmanship. You’ll build identities which cut through and challenge convention using a wide range of creative skills.

You will have

  • Past experience in a fast-paced creative agency

  • An irresistible portfolio of innovative & creative visual design work
  • Top ideation skills, powerful concept origination abilities
  • Incredible Typography knowledge and skills
  • Motion Graphics and Coding experience
  • Healthy respect for design systems (and when to break them)
  • Experience designing for digital (sites, apps, spatial computing)
  • The drive to shape a growing multidisciplinary studio
  • Ability to work in the Netherlands

Who we are

We’re forpeople, an independent creative agency, working globally from an old pickle factory in London and a former theatre in Amsterdam. Our team of over 100 weaves together a diverse range of skills: from graphic, product, spatial and interaction design to moving image, writing, research and strategy.

Without knowing it, you’ve probably seen or experienced something we’ve had a hand in. Over the last 19 years, we’ve quietly shaped the future of some of the world’s most well-known brands as well as creating others you’ll soon get to discover. Our work is wide-reaching, from defining brand visions to building identities and designing experiences. Yet everything we do is born from a simple philosophy – we feel, think and do for people.

In Amsterdam we are a growing team of 21, all from different backgrounds, moving quickly to shape brand experiences through strategy, identity, and design. We’ve been a studio here for almost 4 years, with a startup mindset to embrace rapid change, and trust our team to help shape the business they want to be a part of.
